Toilet paper dispenser

We moved into the house in December and after the big push to get occupancy and the holidays, I think we just took a collective breath and haven't done much on the house. 

So the family was out today and I had the house to myself (finally!)... I started doing laundry and cleaning but there was a hammer in my bathroom (don't ask) and so this happened:

Using the moulding scraps, router, sliding miter & table saws, I made this:

Don't look too closely or you will have confirmation that I am NOT a carpenter. But it is functional and doesn't look too bad from a distance. :)
